CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? Jackson along with his brother were tossed out of a car in a parking lot in the middle of Feb. and they were only 8 weeks old at the time. Thankfully, someone saw this, scooped up the pups and got them into a warm car, purchased some puppy chow, kept them overnight, and because she could not keep them, turned them into a NO KILL RESCUE!
